Your Website Needs to be Mobile Friendly

If your website is not mobile friendly, you’re ranking lower in Google.

As of April 21st, 2015, search giant, Google began the process of promoting sites that are mobile friendly above those that are not. This is a big deal because if your business website is not mobile friendly you will rank lower in Google’s organic search results.

mobile_siteIf you’re website is not mobile friendly, here are your options:

  1. Contact us today and we will create a mobile version of your current website. We will then provide a redirect code which must be entered in your website so that whenever someone with a mobile device visits your site they will instantly be redirected to your new mobile website.
  2. Contact us to create a brand new responsive website for you that will look great on all devices and will always be up-to-date with the best technology.
  3. Do nothing. This is not a good option.

Even before this big change with Google’s algorithm, mobile was gaining massively and this trend is continuing. About a year ago we were saying that 53% of all business searches were done from a mobile device. That number has continued to climb since then and will continue to do so. Almost everyone has a smartphone. iPads and other tablets are everywhere.

The bottom line is that you must take mobile seriously – right now! If you haven’t given it much (or any) thought, you need to take action right away. Get in touch with Lucas Marketing and we’ll help you get everything in place easily and quickly.
